Return Policy

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary.  Please note that ALL orders that are returned to our store, whether to exchange or return, will be issued a REFUND.  Most of the boots we carry are located in our holding warehouse and are drop shipped from that location. 

In case you wish to 'exchange' your boots for a different size, you will need to return it to our store, our representatives will issue a refund and you may REPURCHASE that boot in a different size.

We want to make sure we process your return in a timely manner.  

Please follow the below instructions to ensure we have all your proper information.

Please make sure to view the selected manufactured sizes. 

Due to the current inventory system, our representatives prior to shipping must check the size you order in advance.  If the size you purchased is not available, your credit card will be refunded within 24-48 business hours.

Product must not show evidence of wear and the original tags must be attached.

Boots must be in the original box they were shipped in.

Items must be returned within thirty days of receiving your order.

Returns lacking an authorization number on the outside of the original box will not be accepted by our returns warehouse and will be returned to the customer.  

Your return authorization number will be the same as your order number.   

The order number is located in the order number section of your printable receipt.  

Regardless of where your original order was shipped from, please make sure to send your return to:
